A visit to Strasbourg and Paris

In the first half of July, 2019, (estimated dates: 08.07-14.07) an educational tour to Paris and Strasbourg is planned and organized by Educational – Research Centre.

It is planned to attend a procedural session held in Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, due on July 10th, therefore, an educational tour will be provided at the court itself.

Meetings will also take place at the European Court, European Council and Permanent Representation of Georgia to the Council of Europe. It is possible to visit Leuville Georgian Community, also city of Freiburg, Karlsruhe or Baden-Baden (Federal Republic of Germany) if the group wants so.

 

The length of the stay in Paris and Strasbourg will be is 6 (six) nights. From Strasbourg to Paris we will travel by train.

A price of the tour is 2 650 (two thousand and six hundred and fifty GEL), which includes:

  • Round – trip tickets from Tbilisi;
  • Strasbourg – Paris – train tickets;
  • Accommodation – a hotel (breakfast included) – 6 (six) nights;
  • Transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport;
  •  

Certificates will be issued to the participants.

 

A discount will be provided for students and internally displaced persons from the occupied territories of Georgia.

An address and a contact number should also be provided in the email, and students should mention the University, faculty and course name they attend.
