A visit to The Hague and Amsterdam

By the end of July, 2019 (estimated dates: 23.07-29.07) another educational tour to The Hague and Amsterdam is planned and organized by Educational – Research Centre.

It is planned to visit the International Criminal Court of the UN in The Hague, the International Court of Justice, and its museums.

An introduction tour, as well as attending a court trial is planned at the International Criminal Court, where a prosecution case of one of the Alleged Brigade Commanders, Dominic Ongwen, of the Sinia Brigade of the Lord’s Resistance Army of Uganda, will be held. He is accused of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity.

It is planned to visit a city of Leiden within the tour. It is possible to visit the Parliament of Netherlands and Royal Palace if the group wants so. It is also possible to visit a city of Rotterdam (Holland), Haarlem (Holland) and Antwerp (Belgium).

We will visit a famous Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam.

The length of the tour is 7 (seven) days (6 (six) nights). That is 3 (three) nights in The Hague and 3 (three) nights in Amsterdam.

A price of the tour is 2 550 (two thousand and five hundred and fifty GEL), which includes:

  • Round – trip tickets from Tbilisi;
  • Accommodation – a hotel (breakfast included) – 6 (six) nights;
  • Transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport;
  • A trip price: The Hague – Leiden – The Hague;
  • A price of the visit to the International Criminal Court of the UN;
  • Insurance.

Certificates will be issued to the participants.

A discount will be provided for students and internally displaced persons from the occupied territories of Georgia.
