Giorgi Goradze

Director of the Educational-Research Centre and a member of the Board

Mr. Goradze is a Director of the Educational-Research Centre and a member of the Board. Mr. Goradze graduated from Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the faculty of law, with distinction. Mr. Goradze is a Doctor of Law and Associated Professor at the Technical University of Georgia and the University of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani. He is a head of State Arrangement and Territorial Policy Research Centre at Davit Batonishvili University of Law. Mr. Goradze is a Professional trainer. He has published monography and a great number of scientific articles. The main lines of Mr. Goradze’s researches are State Territorial Arrangement and Territorial Policy, State Management and Democracy Models. Mr. Goradze is married and has one child.

Inga Phatimi

Deputy Director of the Educational-Research Centre.

Ms. Phatimi graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the faculty of Arts of Humanities, Specialization in International Relations, with distinction. Ms. Phatimi is Master’s course student at Georgian Technical University, the faculty of Business Technologies, Specialization in Public Administration. Since 2010, Ms. Patimi has been working at Public Sector on different managerial positions.

Diana Bogishvili

Member of the Educational - Research Centre Board

Diana Bogishvili Mrs. Bogishvili is a member of the Educational - Research Centre Board. In 1998, Mrs. Bogishvili graduated from Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the faculty of Philosophy. In 2008, Mrs. Bogishvili graduated from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, the faculty of Sociology (LMU). In 2013-2018, Mrs. Bogishvili was a researcher at Centre for Social Sciences in Tbilisi (CSS). Mrs. Bogishvili cooperated with Tbilisi State University, Ilia State University and Caucasus University. Recently, Mrs. Bogishvili is a Doctorate at Humboldt University of Berlin (BGSS) and a scientist-employee at Centre for East Europe and International Studies (ZOiS). Mrs. Bogishvili’s lines of research are Transnational Migration and Transformation of social inequality in Goergia. Mrs. Bogishvili is married and has one child.

Nato Gugava

Member of the Educational - Research Centre Board

Mrs. Gugava is a member of the Educational - Research Centre Board. Mrs. Gugava is a Doctor of Public Administration and an assistant – professor at the faculty of Law and International Relations at the Technical University of Georgia. Since 1998, Mrs. Gugava has worked for different State institutions on various managerial positions. She is a high-qualified trainer and an invited trainer at LEPL Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training Centre of Central Elections Commission of Georgia. Mrs. Gugava has published one manual and some scientific articles. She participated in lots of international conferences. She was awarded a Medal of Honor. Mrs. Gugava is married.

Sopiko Tutisani

Member of the Educational - Research Centre Board

Mrs. Tutisani is a member of the Educational - Research Centre Board. Mrs. Tutisani studied at State School “Leonardo Da Vinci” in Palermo. Mrs. Tutisani graduated from Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the faculty of law, with distinction, qualification of a lawyer. In 2008, during the Russian military interventions, Mrs. Tutisani was coordinator for mission “Missione Georgia”, carried out by “Italian Red Cross”. In 2006 – 2010 Mrs. Tutisani was a representative of Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Georgia. In 2010 2013 Mrs. Tutisani was a head of International, Public Relations and Informational Technologies Division at LEPL - Probation National Agency of the Ministry of Corrections, Probation and Legal Aid Service of Georgia. She leaded multiple innovational projects and was a member of different working groups. In 2013–2017 Mrs. Tutisani leaded a Centre for Visa services at the Embassy of Italy. Since January 02, 2018 until now, Mrs. Tutisani is a trainers’ trainer at International Holding “Visa Management Georgia” and “Visa Metrics” and a quality management manager. Multiple Visa Offices were open in different countries throughout the world, which is related particularly to Mrs. Tutisani. Mrs. Tutisani is married and has three children.
